10 Funniest TV Families

Many of us look to TV and movie families as examples to follow or enjoy. It’s not tough to find the 10 funniest TV families that can make you laugh, cry, or enjoy their antics over and over.
The Banks’-Fresh Prince of Bel Air

One could say that without Will Smith, this family might have existed without controversy, but it wouldn’t have been as fun. Carlton was undoubtedly kind of tough to take, but Ashley was at least young enough to enjoy her cousin’s antics, and Hillary was, well, Hillary.
The Winslow’s-Family Matters

This family was sometimes a little bland, but when Steve Urkel came around, things tended to get a little nuts. The humor found in this show usually stemmed from some misadventure between Urkel and one of the Winslows.
The Bundy’s-Married…With Children

This show was nothing short of comedic gold, even though its subject matter was kind of depressing on its own. The Bundys knew how to bring the funny aspect to a way of life that many would see as little more than one heap of negativity on another.
Malcolm in the Middle

For a family whose last name was never revealed in this show, Malcolm in the Middle was a classic show that ended just when it should have. The show ended, but it revealed that Lois was pregnant again. Who wants to guess it was another boy?
The Keaton’s-Family Ties

Michael J. Fox helped make this show great by making it kind of serious at times but also humorous when necessary. Michael Gross and Justine Bateman were great as well and were among the most memorable faces from this series.
The Barone’s-Everybody Loves Raymond

This was the kind of show that one either loved or hated since it could be insanely humorous or kind of blah. But it did manage to create many great memories for many viewers.
The Taylor’s-Home Improvement

One interesting thing is that viewers had the chance to watch the Taylor boys grow up from season to season. By the time the show ended, the kids were fully grown adults and ready to move on. Of course, only Tim Allen found much success after the show.
The Rose’s-Schitt’s Creek

Eugene Levy and Katherine O’Hara have always been fully enjoyable when on-screen. But as rich individuals thrust into poverty and forced to adapt, this was an amusing show that managed to draw a legion of fans.
The Evans’-Good Times

If you remember the catchphrase “Dy-no-mite!” then you’re probably in your late 40s or older and had a great time growing up with this show. It was one of the more wholesome shows of the time, and it created great memories that lasted for a while.
The Addams’-The Addams Family

Rarely has a family existed like the Addams’. They thrived on misery and some of the worst conditions possible since this was their lifestyle and how they survived. But it was funny because, for them, it was normal, while for everyone else it was kind of ooky.
