10 of The Most Amazing Fictional Locations

It’s fun to imagine visiting 10 of the most amazing fictional locations in filmdom. Fans from several genres have likely wondered what it might be like to walk in the footsteps of their favorite characters and have the same adventures. Personally, it’d be great to see just how crazy Wonderland is.
Hogwarts-Harry Potter

Magic has always managed to captivate many viewers, and J.K. Rowling brought something to the fans that was instantly loved and easy to enjoy. Granted, Hogwarts only grew more dangerous as the movies went on, but it was never dull.
Coruscant-Star Wars

Just imagine a planet that’s an entire cityscape. In the EU, it was described to have a few different locations, but in the movies it’s just one giant metropolis. At least one thing is clear; there’s always something to do.
Asgard-Thor

It makes you wonder if everyone in Asgard is a god, right? After all, Thor, Odin, Loki, and all the rest are super-powerful. So is everyone there stronger than a human? It’s a question to think about at least.
Pandora-Avatar

The entire planet is ready to kill off anything that presents itself as a virus to be exterminated, like humanity. But the level of connectivity that exists on this world is unreal. Trying to think about being able to link up with a planet on even a small scale is unreal.
Wonderland-Alice in Wonderland

In a sense, this is a world where the laws of physics are bent and even broken on a regular basis. Animals can talk, cats can float and disappear, or at least one of them can, and there are things always lurking around the corner that are tough to explain. Sounds like a fun spot.
Neverland-Peter Pan

Ever wonder why we don’t see more of Neverland in a lot of movies? It’s almost as though it exists as a parallel world, just beyond our own. But then again, there are different points of view on this matter and the movies prove this.
Middle Earth-The Lord of the Rings

That’s a lot of open countryside in the movies, not to mention that much of it appears to be wild and uncivilized. But the structures and the general feel of the place feels free somehow, unencumbered in a way that our world does not.
Westeros-Game of Thrones

There’s plenty of danger in this place, that much is clear. But with a wall of ice separating the northern wastelands from the rest of the continent, one might think it’s safe. Well, they’d think that until they reach Kings Landing.
Emerald City-The Wizard of Oz

One of the best things about any fictional world is that they don’t always follow the same rules as the world we know. Some don’t get that wild, but others, like this one, make it clear that you’re not in Kansas anymore. Yeah, I had to do it.
Fantasia-The Neverending Story

Just how many different species live in this land? It’s tough to tell since even in the book, there isn’t a full rendition of everything that’s seen or even mentioned. In the movie it’s a little simpler, but not much.
